Shakti started his career in international trade — selling across Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, and the Middle East at a time when deals were built entirely on relationships, trade shows, and cold calls. Over two decades, he learned one thing above everything else: if a buyer cannot find you, nothing else matters. Your product quality, your price, your service — irrelevant, if you are invisible.
But as he moved deeper into digital marketing, he kept running into the same three problems. First: data vendors selling mountains of information with no guidance on what to do with it. Second: digital marketing agencies running campaigns without any real analysis underneath them. Third — and most damaging — the industry itself was evolving faster than any business owner could track. Keeping up had become a full-time job that most companies simply couldn’t afford to do properly.
