QuickGroww ("we", "us", "our") operates the website quickgroww.ai and the QuickGroww application at app.quickgroww.ai. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information — including Google user data — when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information You Provide

• Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and website domain.
• Form submissions: Information you voluntarily provide through contact forms, audit request forms, and lead capture forms.

b) Google User Data

When you sign in with Google or connect Google services, we access the following data through Google APIs:

• Google Account Profile: Your name, email address, and profile picture (used for authentication and account identification via Google Sign-In).
• Google Search Console Data: Search performance analytics (queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, average positions), URL inspection results, sitemap information, and the list of verified properties associated with your Google Search Console account. This data is accessed via the webmasters OAuth scope.
• Google User Email: Your email address, accessed via the userinfo.email OAuth scope, to identify your account and link your Google Search Console connection.

c) Automatically Collected Data

• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, referring source, browser type, and device information.
• Cookies: Essential session cookies required for authentication and application functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

2. How We Use Your Information

a) General Usage

• To provide our SEO intelligence services, including AI visibility reports, keyword analysis, and search performance dashboards.
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• To communicate with you about your inquiries, account, or services you requested.
• To improve our website and services.
• To send relevant updates about your AI search visibility (only if you opt in).

b) Google User Data — Specific Usage

We use data obtained from Google APIs strictly for the following purposes:

• Google Account Profile (name, email, picture): Used solely for user authentication, account creation, and displaying your identity within the application.
• Google Search Console Data: Used to generate search performance reports, dashboards, and AI-driven insights for your connected website properties. This includes analyzing keyword rankings, identifying indexing issues, and providing actionable SEO recommendations.
• Google User Email: Used to identify your account and associate your Google Search Console connection with the correct client profile in our system.

QuickGroww's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or Google user data to third parties.

We share data only with the following service providers, strictly for the purposes of operating our platform:

• Cloudflare: Content delivery, DNS management, and security protection. Cloudflare may process request metadata (IP addresses, headers) as part of their CDN and security services.
• Railway: Application hosting and database infrastructure. Your data is stored on Railway-hosted servers.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery (account notifications, audit reports, lead notifications). Resend processes email addresses and message content to deliver emails on our behalf.

We do not share Google user data with any third parties beyond what is strictly necessary for the application to function as described above. Google Search Console data and Google account information are never shared with, sold to, or made accessible to any external party for advertising, data brokering, or any purpose unrelated to the core functionality of QuickGroww.

4. Data Storage & Protection

• Database: All user data, including Google OAuth tokens and Search Console data, is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on Railway with encrypted connections (SSL/TLS).
• OAuth Tokens: Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely in our database. Tokens are automatically refreshed when expired and can be revoked by the user at any time.
• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
• Access Control: Access to user data and Google API credentials is restricted to authorized personnel only. API keys and secrets are stored as environment variables, never in source code.
• Session Security: User sessions are managed via signed JSON Web Tokens (JWT) with HMAC-SHA256 verification.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Account Data: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.
• Google Search Console Data: Search performance data retrieved from Google Search Console is retained for as long as the Google Search Console connection is active. When you disconnect your Google Search Console account, we delete the stored OAuth tokens and associated data.
• Google OAuth Tokens: Tokens are deleted immediately when you revoke access or disconnect your Google Search Console connection from within the application.
• Lead & Form Submissions: Contact form submissions and lead data are retained for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, unless you request earlier deletion.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by:

• Emailing us at info@quickgroww.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• Disconnecting your Google Search Console connection from within the QuickGroww application (this immediately revokes our access and deletes stored tokens).
• Revoking QuickGroww's access from your Google Account permissions page.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data (see Section 5 above).
• Withdraw consent for communications at any time.
• Revoke QuickGroww's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account settings.
• Export your data by contacting us at info@quickgroww.ai.

7. Cookies

Our application uses essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or any non-essential cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
