QuickGroww provides AI search visibility monitoring, buyer intent intelligence, content publishing, and related digital marketing services for B2B companies. Service scope and deliverables are defined by the plan selected at the time of subscription.

2. Account & Access

To access our platform, you may be required to provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without written authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and materials on the QuickGroww platform are owned by QuickGroww or its licensors. Content generated for your business (AI Feed pages, reports, audits) is licensed for your use upon payment.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and handle your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. AI platform monitoring depends on third-party API availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuickGroww provides AI search visibility intelligence and content services. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, or lead generation outcomes. Results depend on multiple external factors including search engine algorithms, competitor activity, and market conditions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and published content may be removed at your request.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
